For those not aware of this legislation it has been working its way to a full vote in the House of Representatives. The vote is scheduled Thursday, Feb. 27th at Noon EST.
Backed by $160 million in Bloomberg money, the press to ban ALL flavors nationwide has not stopped. Groups funded by Bloomberg have been very active on the hill and this legislation can easily get passed by both chambers and signed by the president without significant action this week!
